Air Enema Treatment Pediatric Intussusception 203 Patients Experience

目的:用空灌整复治疗小儿常见病肠套叠,分析病因和常见类型,总结整复方法和经验,提高成功率。材料与方法:对203例小儿肠套叠病例用自动灌肠机进行空气灌肠整复。结果:成功整复176例,成功率86.70%;穿孔1例。结论:在透视下用自动灌肠机行空气灌肠整复肠套叠具有操作简单、创伤小,且可避免手术所致的各项并发症的绝对优势。

Purpose:Use the empty irrigation in treating pediatric reconstructive common intussusception etiology and common types,analysis,summarizes the reconstructive method and experience,improve the success rate.Materials and Methods:To 203 pediatric patients intussusception with automatic enema machine case air enema reduction.Results:176 cases successfully deformities,86.70% success rate,Perforation in 1 case.Conclusion:Under the perspective using automatic enema machine do air enema reconstructive intussusception is characterized by simple operation,small trauma,and can avoid the various complications cause by the surgical absolute advantage.
