多层螺旋CT下肢动脉造影技术初探

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)下肢动脉血管造影扫描参数的选择和优化,寻求较为理想的MSCT下肢动脉血管造影方案。材料与方法:64例下肢动脉相关性疾病患者采用相同自动触发扫描技术和不同对比剂注射速率进行MSCT下肢动脉血管造影检查,并对图像进行后处理和图像质量评级,其中有10例同时接受X线血管造影检查(DSA)的以DSA为标准进行分节段动脉显示能力的比对。结果:对比剂注射速率3.0ml/s组和3.5ml/s组的图像质量评级差异有统计学意义(x2=24.91,P<0.01),对比剂注射速率3.0ml/s组和4.0ml/s组图像质量评级差异有统计学意义(P<0.0023),而对比剂注射速率3.5ml/s组和4.0ml/s组图像质量评级差异无统计学意义(x2=0.33,P>0.05)。10例MSCTA与DSA相比,在显示下肢动脉方面差异没有统计学意义(x2=0.14,P>0.05)。结论:采用自动触发扫描技术和选择对比剂注射速率3.5ml/s为合理配比,既能满足诊断要求又能获得优质重组图像。
