阑尾周围脓肿的超声诊断

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Appendiceal Abscess

目的:探讨应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对阑尾周围脓肿的诊断价值。材料与方法:超声检查时患者暴露检查部位,采取平卧位在阑尾区作纵、横、斜等多切面扫查。结果:本组共27例,经临床中西医结合治疗痊愈。结论:阑尾周围脓肿的声像图具有特征性表现,超声的应用可大大提高诊断率。

Purpose:Discussion application colored Doppler supersonic diagnostic equipment to appendix around abscess diagnosis value.Materials and Methods:Ultrasonographic examination in patients with exposure to check site,Area in the appendix using the supine position for vertical,horizontal,oblique and other multi-section examination.Results:a total of 27 cases of this group,clinically treated with combination of Chinese and Western healing.Conclusion:Appendiceal abscess sonographic characteristics of sexual expression,can greatly improve the application of ultrasound diagnosis rates.
