糖尿病肾病多重心血管危险因素研究及管理 被引量:4

摘要 2010年NEJM有关糖尿病流行病学资料显示,我国20岁以上人群糖尿病患病率已达9.7%,糖尿病前期患病率高达15.5%。而糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)作为糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,已成为终末期肾脏疾病(endstage renal disease,ESRD)最常见的病因,在欧美等发达国家占透析患者总人数的50%以上,在我国也仅次于慢性肾小球肾炎。
