飞机钣金车间制造执行系统应用研究

Study on Application of MES in Aircraft Sheet Metal Parts Workshop

在我国航空制造业现代化发展进程中,制造执行系统(MES)在以高端数控加工中心为主体的机械制造车间取得了显著的应用效果,但是在以薄壁成形为主营业务的钣金车间却鲜有涉足,本文论述了飞机钣金车间的业务特点以及其特有的管理模式,分析了飞机钣金车间生产管理的发展现状以及目前存在的问题,并在此基础上构建了钣金车间生产管理过程模型,阐述了钣金车间MES系统软件总体应用架构,对L7飞机典型部件在MES中的应用效果也进行了说明。

In the process of modernization development of aviation manufacturing industry,the manufacture executive system(MES) has been taking evident effect on application in the machining workshop essentially based on high-level CNC machining centers,but it seldom involves in the sheet metal workshop based thin-wall forming as main business.This paper discusses the business characteristics and specific management mode in the aircraft sheet-metal parts workshop,analyses the actual situation for development of production management in the aircraft sheet metal workshop and existing problems at present,constructs the production management process model,expounds the overall application framework for MES software in sheet metal workshop,and also gives introduction to the application effect of L7 aircraft typical components in MES.
