The one mind thought,proposed by General Secretary Hu Jintao,combines science understanding with value judgments,and collects regularity and purpose together.To be of one mind is fundamental,to be of one heart in target is the soul,to work with together is the key,to build and consolidate political consensus is the basis of one mind thought.Exploration and practice with one heart and one mind in Bijie Test Area showed the formation and enormous vitality of one mind thought at the new era of reform and opening up.
