科学发展观视角下基层统战文化软实力的建设思考——以浙江省余姚市为例

Thinking on Construction of the Soft Power of the United Front Culture in Grass Roots from the Perspective of the Scientific Outlook on Development-An Example of Yuyao City in Zhejiang Province

科学发展观,是党中央在十六届三中全会上首次提出的发展战略。这对于余姚经济社会发展的方向、模式、路径都产生极大的影响。而十七大,又首次把文化软实力写进党的工作报告,向全党提出要"提高国家的文化软实力"的战略要求。此要求的提出,不仅为余姚市经济社会的进一步发展指明了方向,也为余姚市如何加快提升城市文化软实力、尤其是统战文化软实力指明了方向。根据科学发展观,来重新思考统战文化软实力建设对于余姚的重要意义,客观评价建设的现状,以期进一步明确提升余姚统战文化软实力的具体路径。

The Scientific Outlook on Development is a development strategy,put forward in the third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee.It has a significant meaning to the direction,mode and path of Yuyao's economic and social development.Cultural as a part of soft power was written into the Party's work report for the first time in The Seventeenth National Congress,when proposed to enhance culture as part of the soft power of our country.This requirement not only pointed out the direction for the further development of the economic and social in Yuyao City,but also put forward new requirements of how to accelerate the soft power of the urban culture,especially cultural soft power of the united front.Therefore,this paper aims to rethinking the importance of cultural soft power construction in Yuyao,as well as an objective assessment of the status of the construction according to the scientific development concept,so as to further clarify the path of upgrading cultural soft power of the united front.
