Sustainability of Chinese Model and Innovation of Government

中国模式也就是中国发展模式,即中国作为一个发展中国家在全球化背景下实现社会主义现代化的一种战略选择,其基本特征是政府主导。中国模式在带来中国经济高速增长的同时,也随着现代化进程的深入而以多个层面的发展失衡凸现出这一模式的可持续性问题。鉴于中国模式的可持续性障碍在于政府权力一方面过多介入微观经济,另一方面又在公共服务领域缺位,因此,按照科学发展观的要求进行中国模式可持续能力建设,其根本在于政府创新。

Chinese Model, of which the characteristic is government-leading, is also called the Chinese model of development. It is a kind of strategic choice for China, as a developing country, to achieve socialist modernization in the context of globalization. Chinese Model brings in rapid economic growth; however, as the modernization progress goes in-depth, the imbalance of development between many fields highlights the sustainability issue of this model. The major problem of Chinese Model is that the government intervenes too much in micro-economic on the one hand, but is absent from the public service sector on the other, herein the fundamental to build the sustainability capacity of Chinese Model in accordance with the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development lies in the administration innovation.
