Review on functions of democratic supervision of CPPCC in the past ten years

政协民主监督是我国社会主义监督体系的重要组成部分,是我国政治运行程序中的重要环节,也是人民行使监督权力的重要形式,在我国政治生活中具有独特的优势和作用。改革开放以来,国内学者对政协民主监督职能理论研究不断深入,取得了优秀成果。将学术界对政协民主监督职能研究的主要成果进行梳理并综述之,以期为进一步深入研究搭建平台。

Democratic supervision of CPPCC is an important part of socialist supervision system and an important process of running our politicsl,which is also an important form to exercise supervisory powers.It has a unique advantage in our country's political life.Since the reform and opening up,the domestic scholars have made outstanding achievements in theory studies on functions of democratic supervision of the CPPCC.Therefore,a review on main achievements of the academic study of the CPPCC's function of democratic supervision is necessary for building a platform for further study.
