实现民主党派组织建设新突破的一点思考

Reflection on Achieving Breakthrough in Organizational Construction of the Democratic Parties

民主党派应当认真学习和借鉴中国共产党建党的新鲜经验,致力于新时期的组织建设:一是发展成员要"扩域、增量、提质";二是应在"差额、直选"领导干部上有新突破。不仅体现"权为民所赋"理念,也是建设和发展高素质参政党的必然要求,具有为实现中国特色社会主义政治民主进行探路、为执政党提供经验、助推我国民主政治进程的重要历史作用。

The Democratic Parties should learn earnestly the successful experience of party building from CPC,be devoted to the organizational construction in new period.Firstly,developing members should follow the rule of extension field,increment and improving quality.Secondly,new breakthroughs should be made in balance election and direct election for leading cadres.It not only presents the concept of right conferred by the people,which is also a necessary requirement for construction and development of high-quality participating party.And it plays an important historical role to explore the way of socialist political democracy with Chinese characteristics,provide experience for the ruling party and promote the democratic political process.
