改革开放以来关于高校民主党派若干问题研究综述

Review on Problems of Democratic Parties in University since the Reform and Opening up

高校民主党派成员相对集中,他们不仅是学校学科建设带头人或教学管理的骨干,而且还拥有较强的参政议政能力和广泛的社会联系,在社会中有一定的影响。因此充分发挥高校民主党派的作用和优势,对于推进高校的民主和科学管理、提高教学科研的质量和水平、创造和谐宽松的校园环境等具有十分重要的意义。改革开放以来,国内学者对高校民主党派的研究不断深入,取得了优秀成果。将学术界关于高校民主党派研究的主要成果进行梳理并综述之,可以为进一步深化研究搭建平台。

The members of Democratic Parties in university are relative concentrated.They are not only the leader of school discipline or the backbone of teaching management,but also with strong capabilities in political participation and extensive social connections.Therefore,it is of great significance to play their full roles in promoting the democratic and scientific management,improving the quality and level of teaching and research,and creating a harmonious campus environment.Since the reform and opening up,the domestic scholars have made outstanding achievements in this field.This paper made a review on the main results of study on the democratic parties in university by academic community to establish a platform for further study.
