重组人表皮细胞生长因子对烧伤后慢性溃疡创面愈合的影响(英文)

Effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on healing of chronic ulcer wound in postburn patients

目的 探讨rhEGF对烧伤后慢性溃疡创面愈合的影响。方法 选择 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月在我科就诊的烧伤后慢性溃疡创面 6 8例 ,随机分成rhEGF治疗组和非rhEGF治疗组 ,rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用rhEGF ,非rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用生理盐水 ,其它处理措施两组完全相同。观察创面变化、创面愈合时间及创面局部和全身的不良反应。结果 两组比较 ,rhEGF治疗组创面愈合时间明显提前 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,无不良反应发生。

Objective:To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on healing of chronic ulcer wound in postburn patients. Methods:From January 2001 to December 2002,sixty-eight postburn patients with chronic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups: rhEGF therapy group and non-rhEGF therapy group.These patients of rhEGF therapy group were treated with rhEGF in the way of local sprinkling. Another thirty-four patients with chronic ulcer were adopted as the control group and were treated with physiological saline in the same way. Other measure was completely identical in two groups. The healing time of chronic ulcer wounds and the local and systemic reactions of patients were observed.Results:The healing time of chronic ulcer wound is shorter obviously with rhEGF than that of another group and there is significant difference between the two groups( P <0. 05). Conclusion: rhEGF can promote the healing of chronic ulcer wound in postburn patient.
