推进改革成果的制度化,是全面建设小康社会、加快实现社会主义现代化的新要求,是巩固和发展我国三十年改革开放成果的需要。为此,必须大力推进司法体制、干部选任与管理、公共服务市场化、教育资源配置、户籍管理等改革成果的制度化。

Advancing the systematization of reforming achiecements is the new demand for building a well-off society in an all-round way and accelerating to realize the socialist modernization and the need of consolidating and developing the achivenmwnts in reform and opening-up of 30 years in China.So,the systematization of achievemants in the reform of judicature mechanism,selecting cadres and the management,reforming achievements in public service market,disposition of educational resources and reform in household register management must be advanced greatly.
