摘要
当前干部作风上存在的脱离群众、形式主义、官僚主义等问题,既有干部主观方面的原因,又有体制和机制方面的原因。加强干部作风建设,要靠教育,更要靠体制和机制创新。我市开展“讲正气,树新风”主题教育活动,要着力从制度和机制层面入手,努力构建干部作风建设的长效机制,从根本上解决干部作风方面存在的问题。
There exist some problems of formalism,bureaucracy,and cutting from the masses in cadres' style because of the subjective aspects as well as the system and mechanism.Strengthenring the construction of cadres' style must rely on education and innovation of system and mechanism.The activity themed by honoring integrity and fostering new code of conduct is carried out in Zhengzhou,aiming for structuring the efficient mechanism of the construction of cadres' style from system and mechanism and bacially solving the existing problems in cadres' style.
