略论新《公司法》中的“一人公司”及其他相关规定

第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十八次会议修订并于2006年1月1日实施的《中华人民共和国公司法》,明确规定可以设“一人公司”,同时也对其他方面作了进一步的规定。这些规定为更好地鼓励投资创业,完善市场经济下的现代公司制度,提供了有力的法律保障。

Company law amended by 10th National Congress was put into effect,on 1st Jan 2006.By the law one rerson can run the company.The new rules give the law protection to investment and perfection of company system in market economy.
