Structuring Good Social Personnel Mechanism

社会发展,关键在人。只有建立起各类人才脱颖而出、人尽其才、才尽其用的良好用人机制,我们的事业才能兴旺发达。当前要着力做好以下四方面工作:改革用人制度,确立人才合理流动的社会保障机制;更新用人观念,尽最大可能调动人才积极性;确立科学的人才评价标准,使社会人尽其才,才尽其用;加大人才培养力度,积极拓宽海外人才来华服务渠道。

Social development lies in personnel.Only good personnel mechanism of various talents showing themselves,making the best possible use of people and talents being made good use,can our socialist cause grow and flourish.At present,four aspects of work must be done well:reforming the personnel system,establishing social secure mechanism of reasonable brain drain;renewaling the personnel concept and making it the best possible to arouse the enthusiasm of talents;building up scientific standard of talent appraisal and making society making the best possible use of talents;strengthening talents training and widening the service channel of overseas talents.
