《实施纲要》丰富了马克思主义建党学说的理论宝库。惩治与预防腐败是治国理政、从严治党的必然要求,学习贯彻《实施纲要》,要正确处理惩治与预防的几个关系问题,健全和完善预防腐败犯罪的监督体系。
“Implementation Summary” enriched Marxist theory of Party building.Punishing and the preventing corruption is the inevitable demand for administering the country and government and governing the Party severely;It is necessary to handle several relations between the punishment and prevention correctly,and perfect the surveillance system of the preventing corruption crime.
