加强我院学科建设若干问题的思考

Thoughts on Reinforcing the Construction of Learning Branches

学科是高校的立校之本 ,是高校办学历史和社会发展需求的综合体现。它不仅代表着高校的办学水平 ,更决定着高校的办学特色和优势。我院学科建设在学科的结构、层次、覆盖面、学科特色、学科方向凝练、学科结构的调整和学科群建设以及有效的组织保障等方面与国内同类院校相比有一定的差距。今后 ,我院学科建设的基本思路是以重点学科建设为核心 ,以学科内涵建设为主线 ,以学科队伍建设为重点 ,以全面提升学科建设水平和人才培养质量为目标 ,坚持”有所为 ,有所不为”、“重点建设与普遍提高相结合 ,以重点建设为主”的原则 ,优先使一批学科在学科水平上取得重大突破 。

Learning branch is the basis of colleges and universities. It is also thecomprehensive embodiment of the social development demands. Therestill exists spatial differences between us and our fellow colleges in itsstructure, level, coverage, characteristics, orientation, the adjustment ofits structure, the construction and effective organizational guarantee,etc.In the future, we should concentrate on the construction of the keylearning branches, promote the construction level and the quality oftalents training. We will try to make a great breakthrough in some learning branches and be granted the right of MA education as soon aspossible.
