独立董事制度源于英美国家 ,是公司治理模式一元制下的产物。我国公司治理模式是二元制 ,实行独立董事制度 ,一定要有相应的改革措施。

The independent directors system is originated from American and British countries. It is the outcome of the company's administrative unitary pattern. The company's administrative pattern of our country is duality. To carry out the independent directors system, the companies in our countries must have corresponding reform measures.
