民办学校对财产能否抵押 ,司法实践中争论不休 ,其实从我国现行法律规定和司法解释中可以看出 ,民办学校财产仍可抵押 ,只是人们未加重视这些规定而已。

Whether the property of private schools can be used as pledge or not is vexed in judicial practice. Actually the property of private schools can be used as pledge, as can be see, from the legal rules in force and judicial interpretation. However, these legal rules haven't been paid enough attention.
