科学地对教学过程实施监控 ,是提高教学质量、促进教育现代化的重要途径之一。本文根据全面质量管理理念 ,对教学质量监控体系及其运行机制进行理论研究与实践探索。明确提出教学过程的质量监控点 ,建立教学质量运行机制 ,完善教学质量保障体系 ,对培养新型人才 ,推动学院教学改革 ,提高教学质量有着重要的意义。

To control the teaching process scientifically is one of the important means to improve teaching quality and promote education modernization. Based on the concept of comprehensive quality management, we've undergone a theoretical study and practical exploration on the teaching quality system and its functions. Through it we put forward the quality control point of the teaching process. It proves that establishing and perfecting teaching quality system is significant to cultivate new talents, develop the teaching reform of our college and improve the teaching quality.
