新时期学生工作的内容已有了新的变化 ,我们必须调整思路 ,探讨新方法。要坚持“四个统一的原则 ,转变对学生教育和管理的理念重视思想教育 ,提高学生品德修养 ,引导学生营造优良学风 ,组建一支优良的学生工作队伍。

Nowadays new changes have taken place in the content of students' management. We must readjust thoughts to explore new ways to undergo our management job. First, we should change the concept of students' education and management. Second, we should emphasize on the ideological education to improve their moral cultivation, to guide them to build up a good learning atmosphere and to establish an excellent team to conduct students' education management.
