摘要
制约和监督权力,必须要加强执政党的思想建设,必须把制度建设作为反对和防止腐败的根本性建设,必须加强党内监督,为了把权力运行置于有效的监督之下,必须通过全党和全社会的共同努力。
In order to restrict and supervise 'power', the following points should be pointed out: 1. to regard the construction of system as the basic one to be against and avoid corruption; 2. to strengthen the supervision a-mong Party members; 3. to put the 'power' under effective supervision through hard work of the Party and the whole societ-v.
