教育所追求的理想目标就是培养和塑造具有科学精神和人文精神的全面、和谐发展的人。人文教育是人文精神在教育中的渗透和体现,培养和塑造全面、和谐发展的人离不开人文教育。成人高等教育作为终身教育体系的重要组成部分,在人才的培养模式上存在着偏差,即存在着人文教育的结构性缺失。因此,科学、技术技能教育与人文教育的融合是我国成人高等教育人才培养模式的必然选择。

The aim . of the education is to bring forth and model all-round developed people with scientific and humanism spirits. However, as an important part of life- long education, there still exists deviation in the training models of higher adult education. Therefore, the combination of scientific & technological education and humanism education is the duty-bound training models of higher adult Education.
