中国高等教育体制面临的变革

The Change that faces the System of Chinese Higher Education

中国高等教育体制已经在各种因素的推动下进入一个系统变革的世纪。其重要因素有:社会主义市场经济的完善、多元经济成分的长期存在和产业结构的调整带来的变革;教育的本土化、国际化和教育的开放性对现行高等教育体制的冲击;WTO后教育产业的发展;高等教育资源配置不平衡同社会发展要求的冲突及专业设置同经济形态变化的矛盾引起的变革;生源的均质化向非均质化方向的演变和以学生为中心潮流冲击高等教育的层次结构和教育方法论;全球化和多元化引致的分权和规制弹性的变革。

The system of Chinese higher education has begun to undergo a systemic reform due to the combined effect of many factors,The contributing factors invlolve many aspects such as:i)gradual perfection of the socialist market economy,and the reform resulted from the long established multiple economy and adjustment in the structure of enterpuises.ii)the impace on the system of higher education caused by the localization of edu-cation and open international culture and education;iii)the development of the educational industry since China obtained the full membership of WTO;iv)the reform promoted by the contradictory conditions between the irregular distribution of educational resourese and new demand of so(?)al development and the contradiction between courses design and changing economic situation;v)the impact on the structures ot higher education and traching methodologies brought about by the tact that the overall quality of the students that come into colleges are no longer ever as they were in the past and the student-centered education in the institutions of higher leaming;vi)the division in power contributed by the globalization and multiplicity,and the reform on the elastifcity of rules and regulations.
