Pondering over the Training Modle of Creative Talents in the National Region

通过对民族地区传统人才培养模式缺陷分析,提出了更新观念,建立新型课程体系,变革教学管理体制,加强师资队伍建 设等方向入手,构建具有民族特色的创新人才培养模式。

In this article,the author analyses the deficiency in the training model of conventional talents in national region and points out the necessity to change the old ways of thinhing,to establish a new system of teaching setup,to refoum the teaching administration,to strengthen the construction of faculty.Only through these measures,can a new training model characterised with national teatures be established.
