关于加强高等职业教育师资队伍建设的思考

高等职业教育随着现代科学的发展,需要一大批能完成从设计到产品转化的人才而大规模开办起来。现在仍处起步阶段,以国家对高职教育的要求相比,师资队伍存在诸多问题。主要是:任职教师学历结构偏低;师资来源渠道单一;兼职教师数量很少;教师队伍不稳定;培养目标不明确。针对以上问题提出加强高职师资队伍建设的几点思考。主要是:解放思想、转变观念,正确认识高等职业教育;要重视教师专业素质的培养提高;建立一支数量充足专兼职相结合稳定的教师队伍;加强教师实践能力的提高;职称评审要体现高职教师特色;加大对高职教育的扶持力度;明确培养目标,促进“双师型”教师队伍建设以及全面提高教师综合素质。

With the development of modern science and technology,higher vocational education is launched with the requirement for talents who can accomplish from design to product transfer.However,it is still at the primary stage with many problems in accordance with the national requirement, such as:low-level academic certificate of teachers, single source of teaching staff,lack of part-time teachers, unstable of contingent of teaching staff and unclear development aims for teachers.The approaches to the problems above are to emancipate he mind and change the view to have a full undrstanding of higher vocational education, to emphasize the training and improvement in teachers' professional quality, to build up the contingent of teaching staff consisting of both fulltime and part-time teacrhers with practical abil ities and comprehensive Quality.
