计算机和网络技术的发展及网络信息的急剧增加,冲击着(传统)图书馆。如何适应网络环境,加强文献资源建设成为图 书馆发展必须解决的问题。本文联系实际就此问题进行了探讨并指出解决措施。

Traditional libraries are experiencing a shock from the development of computer and intrmet-based technology and the increase of internet-based information.therefore,it is becomes essential how to adjust to internet environment and to strengthen document resources.The author probes into this issue and put forward approaches to it in the paper.
