文章分析了过刊的优势和作用,以及科学的管理。
In this article, the author analyses the advantages and functions of back issues of journals and points out the importance of scientific management in circulation and keeping of them.Meanwhile,the author also suggests some ways as to how to utilize the abundant resources effectively.
