近几年来,我国高等教育的改革与发展取得重大进展,特别是本科教育的规模迅速扩大,随着社会主义市场经济体制的完善和经济结构的战略性调整,社会各方面都对高等教育人才培训的质量提出了新的更高的要求。因此,必须高度重视高等教育的质量建设,把加强本科教学工作列入重要工作日程已是当务之急。

Recent yean the reform and development of the domestic higher education have been making rapid progresses. Particularly the scope of the undergraduate education has been enlarged rapidly. With the perfection of the socialism market economy system and the strategical adjustment of the economic structure, higher education is bound to meet higher requirements for its talent training quality from all aspects of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the quality construction of higher education and put special efforts to reinforce the undergraduate teaching.
