In the process of domestic economic development, there are threats from all aspects, which almost makes the social economic development be bogged down. Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to carry out the continuous development strategy in China. By analyzing the mechanism of the continuous development, we believe that the construction of a reasonable mechanism should be a connection and unity of the country , the market and the social mechanism.
