“培养什么人,如何培养人”是我国社会主义教育事业发展中必须解决好的根本问题,高校思想政治工作者必须肩负起这一光荣而神圣的使命。要通过宣传中华民族的传统美德,构建和谐校园,营造良好的大学生思想政治教育工作氛围,建立一支强有力的干部队伍等多种途径,切实抓好高校思想政治工作。

“What kind of person to cultivate and how to cultivate” is a fundamental issue to be solved in the development of socialism education. As a teacher who undertakes ideological and political education job, we must take this glorious and sacred responsibility. We should develop ideological and political education in universities practically by propagating traditional Chinese virtue, constructing harmonious campus , building good atmosphere and establishing a powerful cadre team.
