加强大学生就业教育工作的几点思考

Thoughts on Strengthening the Education of College Students' Employment Management

随着高等教育由精英化向大众化进程的加快,每年高校的毕业生人数以几十万的速度增加,致使本科生就业问题突显。本文在分析就业形势的基础上,剖析就业教育中存在的问题,寻找高校加强就业教育工作的思路。

Nowadays higher education is transforming rapidly from “Elite” education to “Mass” education. Every year, the number of graduates is increasing, which causes some problems in employment. In this paper, by analyzing the employment situation, the author analyzes the existed problems and puts forward ideas on how to strengthen the employment education affairs.
