随着全国高校招生人数的不断扩大,大学毕业生就业压力也随之加大。新形势下,高校如何做好大学毕业生的就业指导工作,在校期间教育大学生确立就业目标,引导他们树立正确的择业观,对解决大学生就业心理压力,尽快走上工作岗位有着非常重要的作用。

With the constant increasing number of college student intake throughout the country, the pressure of college students' employment situation is increasing. Under this new situation, universities play an important role in instructing graduates in job hunting, educating them to set up employment aim and guiding them to establish positive view of job-hunting, relieving students' mental stress and helping them to hunt job successfully.
