摘要
《管理学》作为管理类专业的基础课,在各个大学的教学中被广泛开设,《管理学》课程的重要性不言而喻。但在大学讲授这门课程的过程中存在这一些问题,直接影响到该课程的教学效果。本文作者根据自己十多年《管理学》的教学经验,结合教育学的基本理论与方法,提出提高该课程教学效果的一些途径,与大家共同研究探讨,以促进《管理学》课程教学效果的提升。
'Management' as the basis of professional management courses,teaching in various universities are widely open,'Management' course the importance of self-evident.But in the university teaching this course in this process some of the problems have a direct impact on the course teaching results.The author of this article for more than 10 years in accordance with their own 'management' of teaching experience,and education with the basic theory and method to enhance the effectiveness of teaching some ways,and we study together,in order to promote the 'management' of the upgrade teaching results.
