摘要 内蒙古自治区从1995年实施再就业工程以来,始终将再就业培训作为解决下岗失业人员再就业的核心环节,尤其是最近几年来内蒙古自治区经济增长速度显著,产业结构调整加速,结构性失业突出,针对下岗失业人员的再就业培训在内蒙古自治区就显得极为重要,本文在介绍再就业培训的概念的基础上,分析了内蒙古再就业培训过程中所存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策。 Since the implementing of employees retraining program in 1995 in Inner Mongolia,it has become the key factor in solving laid-off workers re-employment.In particular,in recent years the economic rate is growing rapidly,so is the adjustment of industrial structures.The problem of structural unemployment is obvious.Under these situations,the employees retaining for the laid-off workers are very important in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.In this paper,baed on an introduction of the concept of employees retraining,the author analyzes the existed problems in employees retraining program in Inner Mongolia and countermeasures.
