高校毕业生就业问题对策分析

An Analysis of College Graduates' Employment and Countermeasures

大学毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业问题关系到国家经济建设、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益,关系到高等教育的持续健康协调发展。根据对大学生就业难问题的实证分析,提出了具体的解决方案——在全国范围内成立专业的为高校毕业生进行就业指导的盈利性机构;同时,对这一解决方案的可行性进行了论证。

University graduatesare the precious talent resource of our country.Their employment is closely related with the country's economic construction,the social stability,the fundamental profit of the widest people and the sustainable healthy coordinated development of higher education.According to the case analysis of college graduates' difficult employment situation,the author put forward a specific solution——to set up specialized profit organizations around the country to provide university graduates with employment instructions.They also reason the feasibility of this solution.
