Practical teaching plays an important role in improving students' comprehensive quality,cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical competence.An exploration of the quality generating mode of practical teaching is beneficial to the management and construction of it.In teaching management practice,we should establish quality management system,set up practical aim and improve talent training quality through strengthening the construction of practical teaching system,the fundamental conditions and regulations,therefore,to establish the quality management system of practical teaching so as to achieve the aim of practical teaching and improve talent training quality.
