内蒙古高校大学生营养状况分析

An Analysis of Inner Mongolia College Students' Nutritional Status

本文通过对目前内蒙古地区大学生饮食营养状况的分析,发现存在营养物质摄入不足、饮食不规律、不重视饮食营养等问题,并探究了其产生的原因,提出了对学生加强营养教育、学校食堂建立营养师制度等改进措施。对改善大学生饮食营养,提高大学生身体素质,有着非常重要的意义。

This paper is an analysis of the current nutritional status of Inner Mongolia college students.Through this analysis,the authors find out the problems of inadequate nutrient intake,irregular diet and ignoring dietary nutrients etc.On this basis,they explore the reasons and put forward the corrective measures including strengthening the nutrition education to college students,establishing the dietician system in the school canteen and so on.It is of great important to improve college students' diet nutrition and physical quality.
