传统社会家族封闭经济“伦理治理”与现代管理的分野——从《红楼梦》文本的历史语境切入

On the Differences between the Ethnics Governing of the Family Closed Economy in the Traditional Society and the Modern Management

本文从《红楼梦》文本所依存的历史语境切入,通过透视大观园经济活动中的人际关系、利益分配、纠纷处理,力图在一个历史语境的具体背景下,分析传统社会中家族经济的"伦理治理"特征,从而论证在特定时代条件下某种治理模式的"当下合理性",提供一个理解传统社会家族经济活动的可能角度,并给迄今尚未完成的管理学科由传统的"伦理治术"转向"现代管理"带来某些启示。

From the perspective of the historical context that 'Dream of Red Mansions' has been relying on,through prospecting the interpersonal relationship,the benefit allocation,and the dispute decisions in the economic affairs of the Grand View Garden,the author tries to analyze the features of the ethnics governing of the family closed economy in the traditional society under the historical context background,therefore,discusses the recent rationality of a governing model under certain age. Furthermore,the author provides us a possible angle to understand the traditional social family economic affairs and brings some enlightenment for the unfinished management discipline to transform from ethical governance to the modern management.
