On the Cultivation of Creative Talents and the Overall Improvement of Talents Training Quality

本文在分析新时期对人才培养提出新要求的基础上,根据民族地区财经类本科专业应用性创新人才的特征,从基础课程改革、强化实践教学、建立系列课程入手,界定了构建培养财经类应用型创新人才的人才培养新体系,对财经类应用型创新人才培养体系的规划建设及运行机制进行了探讨。

Based on an analysis of the new demand for talents training at new era and the features of creative and innovative talents for the financial undergraduate specialties in ethnic regions,this paper defines the new talents training system for cultivating financial talents from the aspects of reforming basic courses,reinforcing practical teaching,establishing couse series.Furthermore,this paper discusses the project construction and operative mechanism of the creative and innovative talents training system for financial specialties.
