摘要
青年教师培养问题是高校近年来面临的重大课题,本文从青年教师的心理特点出发分析青年教师发展中存在的普遍问题,并且针对青年教师培养制度的建立和完善进行了详尽的讨论,拟通过本研究对青年教师培养问题进行深入的思考。
The cultivation of young teachers has been an important study task in colleges and universities in recent years.Starting from young teachers' psychological characteristics,this paper analyzes the commonly existed problems in young teachers' development,discusses the establishment and perfecting of the cultivation system comprehensively.The aim is to undertake a deep thoughts on the cultivation of young teachers.
