An Analysis of High Level Sport Team Manangement and Development in Colleges and Universities

文章在对近些年来普通高校高水平运动队目标与定位分析的基础上,剖析了普通高校高水平运动队的管理现状与存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。同时从管理学、训练学、心理学与教育学等几个方面探讨了我国普通高校高水平运动队管理与发展问题研究的趋势。

Based on an analysis of the goal and orientation of high level sport teams in colleges and universities in recent years,this paper analyzes the current situation and existed problems of these sport teams,puts forward countermeasures.Meanwhile,it discusses the future study trend from the aspects of Management Science,Exercise Science,Psychology and Pedagogy etc.
