“以人为本”,做好大学生思想政治教育的几点思考

以人为本是科学发展观的核心内容,也是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的指导方针。新时期高校思想政治教育的对象、任务、内容、环境发生了深刻的变化,当代大学生思想状况也呈现出许多新特点,面对这些新情况,我们必须调整工作思路,树立以人为本的工作理念,不断探索新的工作途径,才能提高思想政治教育工作的针对性、实效性。

'Being people-oriented ' is the core content of scientific outlook on development.It is also the guidelines of reinforcing and improving college students' ideological and political education.At new era,profound changes have taken place in the objects,the tasks,the contents and the environment of college ideological and political education.Many new features have emerged from college students' present ideological state.Therefore,we must adjust the train of thought in work,set up work concept of 'people-oriented',explore new work approaches so as to improve the direction and effectiveness of the ideological and political education work.
