摘要
实习作为大学生积累实践经验丰富社会阅历的重要环节,是各个高校重要的教学内容。但实习中权益受损问题频繁出现,所以,明确实习生的法律地位,探寻实习中健康受损问题的解决办法是本文的初衷。
As an important factor for college students to accumulate practical experiences and enrich social experiences,employment practice is an important teaching content of university.However,there are many problems of the damaged rights in practice.Therefore,the original intention of this paper is to make clear students' legal position and search for the solution to the problem.
