随着财政理论分支日益增多,相关的新专业不断增加,各专业毕业生数量日趋增多,人才市场竞争日益激烈,在这种大背景下,财政学专业人才培养将面临与市场需求是否相适应,"复合型"人才培养目标是否真正得以实现等多方面的挑战,同时,随着国家财政体制不断的完善和变革,又将给财政学科的发展以及人才培养又带来新的机遇。为迎接挑战和抓住机遇,在财政学科人才培养过程中要建构财政学科人才培养新标准;提高教学质量,努力拓宽专业方向,增强专业的适应能力;借鉴"订单式"人才培养模式,加强学生社会实践。最终打造出财政专业的高素质的创新型人才。

With the increasing of financing theory branches,relevant new specialties are increasing,so is the number of undergraduates.Talents competition in the human resources market is fiercer.Under this background,finance specialty is facing the challenges of whether it can meet the need of market demand for talents and whether the training aim of compound talents can be realized actually.Meanwhile,the constant reform of national financial system brings new opportunity to the development and talent training of finance discipline.To face challenge and grasp opportunity,we should construct new standard for talent training,improve teaching quality,expand specialty range,strengthen the adaptability of the specialty.By referring to the 'order form' talent training model,we can reinforce students' social practice competence and cultivate innovative talents with high quality for finance specialty.
