大学生参与志愿服务活动长效机制建设的思考

Thoughts on the Long-Term Mechanism Construction of College Students'Participation in Volunteering Activities

大学生参与志愿服务活动既有积极的社会意义,也对大学生个体的成长和发展起着促进作用。因此,大学生参与志愿服务活动长效机制的建设十分重要。针对当前大学生志愿服务中存在的问题,大学生参与志愿服务活动长效机制建设可从以下几个方面来进行:树立正确的志愿服务理念;培育志愿精神,营造志愿文化氛围;创新管理方式,扩大自主空间;激励机制与约束机制并举;志愿活动要服务于大学生的成长和成才。

It is of positive social significance for college students to participate in volunteering activities and it can promote their growth and development. Therefore,it is important to construct the longterm mechanism of college student's participation in volunteering activities. According to the problems existed in the present college students' volunteering service,the construction can be undertaken from following aspects:set up proper volunteering service concept; cultivate volunteering spirits and build volunteering cultural atmosphere; innovate management style; enlarge free space; establish both incentive and restrictive mechanism; in addition,volunteering activities should serve for college students' growth.
