摘要
专业带头人在高等职业院校的专业建设中起着举足轻重的作用。合格的高等职业院校专业带头人做为高等职业教育各个专业一线高素质应用型人才的领头人,其专业的教育传播能力及水平,无疑对推动高职教育快速发展起决定的作用。如何培养双师型学科带头人,正是实现这一举措的关键。
Discipline setters play a vital role in the discipline construction of higher vocational colleges. Their professional ability and standard in spreading education have an decisive effect on promoting the rapid development of higher vocational education. And how to cultivate 'double-qualities' discipline setters is the key to realize this measure.
