摘要
在商务管理教育中,案例教学法被广泛应用来帮助学生培养人际的、解决问题的和决策技能。案例教学法的核心是教师努力让学生参与到案例的分析中的整堂课的案例讨论。然而,这种基于问题的方式,对我校商务英语的教学实践提出了挑战。学生们为什么不参与案例讨论以及采取哪些措施才能提高他们的参与?基于多年的教学经验,作者试图对此进行解释。研究结果表明,有必要对使用案例教学的商务英语的教师和学生进行特定文化的案例方法论课程培训,最终可实现教学内容和教学方法两方面的改善。
In business management education,case teaching has been widely used to help students to grasp the skills of developing personal relationship,solve problems and making decisions. The core of case teaching is that teacher should try to make students participate in discussion in case analysis. However,this question-based way raises challenges to the teaching practice of business English in IMFEC. Why are students not active in case discussion and what measures should be adopted to improve their participation? Based on teaching experiences,the author attempts to explain these problems. It proves that it is necessary to carry out course training on case methodology so as to realize the improvement of both teaching content and teaching methods.
