基于高校教师职业特点的薪酬定位探析

An Analysis of Salary Location based on the Professional Features of College Teachers

教师的薪酬一直是人们关注的焦点和热点问题,也是高等院校管理制度的重要内容之一,笔者对我国高校教师薪酬组成、薪酬水平及薪酬满意度进行了详细的论述,在此基础上分析了高校教师的职业特点,提出了高校教师薪酬模式及其薪酬发展水平。

Teacher's salary has been a focus and heated point and one of the important contents of university management system. The author discusses the salary make-up,salary standard,and satisfaction degree to salary in detail. On this basis,this paper analyzes the professional features of college teachers and puts forward salary mode and developing standard of college teachers.
